Young individuals at Evolve's respected outpatient facility in San Diego stay at home and participate in treatment 3 to 5 days per week. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) includes half-day programming on three to four days each week. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) features full-day activities five days a week. To help select the appropriate intensity of care for your teen, we provide free assessments and referrals by our Clinical Program Director. Across both programs, adolescents benefit from a weekly psychiatric evaluation and 1-2 personalized therapy sessions with our full-time licensed clinicians. Daily, youth engage in group sessions covering DBT Skills, Anger Management, Life Skills development, Relapse Prevention strategies, Mindfulness techniques, 12-Step recovery, and Seeking Safety for PTSD and concurrent substance issues. We also offer daily school support to keep them on track academically. As we emphasize the importance of family in achieving positive outcomes, we host free weekly Parent Support Groups and Multifamily Support Groups.
