At Hopewell Therapeutic Community, we function as a live-in, healing farm setting designed to assist adults facing significant mental health challenges. Based in northeastern Ohio, we support people from nearby areas, broader regions, and throughout the nation. We deliver a supportive environment on an operational farm, emphasizing a holistic, principle-guided care framework. Our programs feature group therapy sessions, educational mental health classes, a rigorously planned daily schedule, participation in work groups, community encouragement, drug oversight, mental health and medical care, dietary assistance, one-on-one therapy, creative and animal-based therapies (such as with horses), outdoor healing activities, sand tray therapy, exercise routines, social support services, and transition planning.
