It serves those requiring more intensive mental support than typical therapy provides, and we aid clients who use self-medication and are dealing with dependency and substance-related problems.

PCH West LA: Integrated Therapy and Housing Assistance

PCH West LA provides housing support alongside day treatment services. This approach combines PCH's knowledge in holistic mental health services, including five weekly individual therapy sessions with a team-based method. We offer diverse therapies like psychodynamic approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, EMDR, and other techniques that focus on recognizing how trauma-related mental issues show up through physical sensations, discomfort, and stress in the body. Participants can select from various group options tailored to their unique requirements. Furthermore, PCH incorporates hands-on and wellness activities such as art through pottery, drawing, painting, knitting, music, meditation practices, mindful psychiatry, yoga, exercise routines, and tech-based therapies. We encourage all participants and their families to join our family program, which includes 8 modules along with individualized family meetings.
