Hopewell Health's Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) operates as a structured three-hour session from 5pm to 8pm, held four evenings weekly from Monday through Thursday, aimed at youths aged 12 to 18 along with their families. This approach enables participants to remain in their home environment and continue school attendance while taking part in organized therapeutic interventions and support. We assist teens facing challenges including self-harm, conduct difficulties, suicidal thoughts, and serious mood or anxiety conditions. Acknowledging the distinct needs of each individual, we formulate tailored treatment strategies to address the specific requirements of both the adolescent and their family. While Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) serves as the primary framework for Hopewell Health IOP, we blend in various other methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, guidance sessions, yoga, music therapy, art therapy, and interactive practical exercises.
