Mobile Approach to Outdoor Therapy

The Mobile Approach offers a continuous, distraction-free outdoor immersion. Participants are fully engaged in an authentic wilderness setting around the clock for roughly 9-10 weeks. Without any diversions, this wandering outdoor method allows students to fully incorporate their surroundings into their healing journey throughout their time with us. Students stay in the wilderness until they are ready for the next phase, except when absolutely required. The only vehicles present are those used for supplies, staff, and professionals. Interactions are limited to their group, guides, therapists, support personnel, and medical staff.

Nature Therapy Programs for Individuals Aged 18-30

Adults in our program benefit from personalized therapeutic support while embracing the straightforwardness of outdoor living. Our nature therapy effort blends thorough clinical analysis with innovative and goal-oriented activities to craft a distinctive experience for every participant. Through progressive and integrated techniques, we seek to deeply understand each person. By combining the natural world, a community of peers, and a focus on strengths in therapy, we work to identify and resolve the underlying issues, difficulties, and harmful behaviors that young adults might face. The outdoor environment supplies meaningful symbols and impactful experiences that, paired with our skilled therapists, devoted guides, and dynamic group interactions, foster a secure, organized space where imagination and relationships flourish. In our nature therapy program, we emphasize awareness, mutual connections, and self-empowerment. We apply a complete, integrated strategy that considers the entire person, their family, and their overall system. We use adaptable, evidence-guided practices to thoroughly evaluate each individual.
