We at Imagine offer a 4-6 week Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP or Day Treatment) and a 10-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to support adults recovering from substance dependencies and linked mental health concerns. Our professional staff comprises 7 Master's-prepared therapists and 3 Addiction Psychiatrists: Dr. José Calderón-Abbo, Dr. Andrew Williams, and Dr. Lee Michals. The PHP operates Monday through Friday between 9am and 1pm, and IOP takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 7pm. Each participant receives a dedicated weekly therapy appointment. Sessions include Psychoeducation, Reflective discussions, DBT Skills for emotional well-being, Mind-Body practices, Psychodrama techniques, Narrative methods, Self-Compassion training, Essential Life skills, Innovative activities, and a Compassionate Path via the 12 Steps. Furthermore, our 12-week Mental Health DBT Skills Outpatient Program (OP) involves a weekly 3-hour group on Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, plus a weekly individual session. OP individuals have access to DBT coaching through calls and texts with our clinicians for 12 hours each day, every day of the week. All groups are facilitated by licensed experts, maintaining a cap of 10 participants. We provide therapy for families and couples, free Family Education and Support resources, and regular Alumni and Aftercare gatherings.

All sessions are overseen by qualified professionals, with groups limited to 10 people. We also deliver family and couples counseling, no-cost Family Education and Support programs, and weekly Alumni and Aftercare sessions.
