Established in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was launched with the aim of supporting individuals dealing with mental health challenges that resist straightforward classification, including those facing several conditions concurrently or disorders that do not conform to standard diagnostic frameworks. This covers people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction-related problems, issues around sexual and gender identity, repetitive behaviors, autism-related conditions, challenges with concentration and focus, interpersonal or partnership difficulties, and numerous additional areas. We are also a dedicated advocate and partner for the LGBT community.
