Our Services

At Woodstock Manor, we deliver continuous on-site staff oversight and assistance, including medication monitoring and guidance, along with balanced family-style dining. We operate as a modest residential program accommodating up to 21 participants. Regular therapeutic activities feature dance therapy, yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, horticulture, creative arts, musical experiences, culinary and wellness education, discussions on films and contemporary issues, practical life training, animal care, and mindfulness sessions. We invite residents to propose ideas for new activities or groups. Our staff partners with each resident to craft a tailored action plan focused on their aspirations and developing healthy coping strategies.

Method in Creative Arts

We maintain that participating in creative arts helps our residents connect with their emotions, their personal identity, and their community peers. Incorporating mindfulness and stabilizing exercises in our sessions has shown great success in aiding residents as they explore fresh approaches to coping, engagement, and self-expression. Dance Movement enables residents to link with their physical form through motion, Music via auditory and vocal elements, and Art through sensory touch and visuals. The creator of Woodstock Manor, Henry Howard, was a renowned Theatre Performer who established and refined our artistic framework. His daughter, Ricci Adan, is an expert Dancer and Choreographer who influenced Woodstock Manor's growth and continues to lead our efforts.
