Our Residential Programs

Young individuals and their families at Madrona Recovery collaborate with expert multidisciplinary teams, including medication management provided by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Seasoned, master's-level licensed therapists partner with clients to set objectives, build awareness, question beliefs, and create actionable treatment strategies that are realistic and designed to guide adolescents through care, establishing solid bases for safe reintegration into the community and continued support post-discharge. Family therapy occurs at least once a week, while Parent/Guardian Support Groups are offered on weekends from noon to 1pm, both prior to and following treatment. Our CADC-certified group facilitators deliver dynamic, inventive, and participatory group sessions for the youth we serve. Additionally, skilled external experts in Expressive Arts Therapy and trauma-sensitive yoga offer enriching, therapeutic activities that enhance the group therapy elements of our services.
