Over the past 25 years, Center for Discovery has assisted numerous people in recovering from eating disorders through our Real-Life Recovery framework. We offer effective programs tailored for teenagers, adults, and those seeking gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive care in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient environments, demonstrating positive changes within the first week. Additionally, we feature a dedicated Stars & Stripes Program for those in service. Our treatment methods teach patients how and when to apply useful coping skills for disorders like ARFID, binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, orthorexia nervosa, unspecified eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. Center for Discovery achieves excellent results, with 86.3% of patients maintaining their weight post-discharge if they were at or above 90% of total body weight, and patients showing a 99.3% drop in binge behaviors and 97.9% drop in purge behaviors after completing treatment.
