Menninger's innovative Bridge Program targets adults moving from a more intensive inpatient environment or advancing from standard outpatient options to gain additional guidance and stability. We prioritize individualized care within a serene treatment setting that stays open aside from nighttime, allowing residents to develop greater self-responsibility for their health, dietary decisions, everyday duties, and skill-building in customized therapeutic routes including: Handling mood and anxiety issues; Tackling substance dependencies and compulsive behaviors; Managing emotional responses via DBT; Addressing trauma effects; and Working with overly restrictive personalities through radically open DBT.

Individuals participating in the program also gain advantages from: regular therapeutic and educational group sessions held weekly; personalized therapy sessions twice a week; family therapy meetings each week; psychiatric support when required; offerings in rehabilitation, leisure activities, and career development; and massage therapy services. Team members help participants with managing their own medications, providing details and guidance on medications. People can use their personal laptops, tablets, or mobile devices, or opt for a device supplied by Menninger, with WI-FI access and designated times for personal work in their room or the program's workspace.
