Treatment Provider Services & Project Planning

Your website is different. The work, timing and price should be different too.

AddictionTube helps treatment centres make their websites clearer, more useful and better prepared for AI-powered discovery. We do not force every centre into the same package. We first examine what already works, what people cannot easily find, and what improvements will make the greatest practical difference.

Looking for a price? That is a reasonable question. Rehab owners need to know whether a project is realistic before investing time in a conversation. The honest answer is that two treatment websites can require completely different amounts of work. After a short review, AddictionTube provides a written scope, priorities, estimated timing and price before any paid work begins.

What AddictionTube can examine

The first review is not limited to appearance. It examines whether a frightened visitor, family member, referral professional or intelligent search system can understand what your centre actually provides.

Visitor Clarity

Admissions and next steps

Can someone understand what happens after the first call, who can apply, what information is required and what to expect during intake?

Program Detail

Treatment and levels of care

Are residential, outpatient, withdrawal, family, aftercare and specialty services described clearly enough to support a real decision?

Families

Family and loved-one information

Do parents, partners and relatives have a clear place to learn how to help, what involvement is possible and what support is available?

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the website answer the practical questions your admissions staff repeatedly receive by phone and email?

Structure

Navigation and information pathways

Can people find answers quickly without knowing clinical terminology or searching through many unrelated pages?

Technology

AI, search and technical readiness

Is the information structured, source-grounded and organized well enough for semantic search, private retrieval or future AI tools?

Ways AddictionTube can help

A centre may need one focused improvement or a broader modernization project. The review identifies what is useful for your centre and what is unnecessary.

Examples of possible projects

These are examples of scope—not fixed packages. A centre may need part of one example, a combination of several, or something entirely different.

Focused Improvement

One important section needs work

A centre may already have a strong website but need clearer admissions information or stronger family resources.

  • One to three priority pages
  • 20–40 important questions
  • Improved navigation and calls to action
  • Defined review and approval cycle
Website Expansion

Programs and answers are incomplete

A centre may have several services but only short brochure-style descriptions that do not answer practical questions.

  • Multiple program pages
  • Admissions and family sections
  • Location and eligibility information
  • FAQ and content-gap development
Technology Project

Private search or AI assistance

A larger provider may want its website, policies and documents organized into a private, source-grounded search system.

  • Content and document review
  • Knowledge structure planning
  • Private search or assistant prototype
  • VPS, data and integration consulting
Why fixed package pricing is misleading: one centre may need a single improved admissions page and 30 questions answered. Another may have six locations, outdated service pages, conflicting information and no family resources. Quoting both centres the same price would be unfair to the provider and unrealistic for the work.

What improvement can look like

Before

  • One short admissions page
  • “Call for details” instead of useful answers
  • No dedicated family section
  • Programs described in only a few sentences
  • Ten general frequently asked questions
  • Important information available only by telephone

After

  • Clear admissions steps and expectations
  • Eligibility and what-to-bring information
  • Family support and participation details
  • Detailed program and service pages
  • Questions organized around real visitor concerns
  • Information prepared for intelligent search and retrieval

Which type of work might apply?

Most treatment centres fit into one or more of these paths. The initial review identifies the most practical starting point without forcing the centre into a preset package.

Focused Website Work

Improve one important area

Best when the website is generally sound but one or more critical sections are weak, unclear or missing.

  • Admissions or intake page
  • Family information
  • Program or location page
  • Calls to action and navigation
  • A defined set of visitor questions
Broader Information Project

Expand and organize the website

Best when several programs, audiences or locations are not explained in enough detail.

  • Multiple program and service pages
  • Admissions and family sections
  • FAQ and question-gap development
  • Location and eligibility information
  • Structured internal linking
AI & Technical Consulting

Prepare for private intelligent search

Best for providers considering semantic search, private knowledge retrieval, document indexing or an AI assistant.

  • Website and document review
  • Knowledge structure planning
  • Private vector-search strategy
  • Source-grounded answer design
  • VPS and integration planning
AddictionTube Participation

Improve provider accuracy and visibility

Best when a centre wants its programs, locations and official source information represented clearly within AddictionTube.

  • Provider record review
  • Program and location accuracy
  • Source-linked information
  • Canadian city and town visibility
  • Clearly identified sponsorship options

How pricing is determined

Pricing is based on the actual work—not a generic label such as Bronze, Silver or Gold.

Existing condition
How much useful content and structure already exist?
Size and complexity
How many locations, programs, audiences and pages are involved?
Type of work
Is this advice, rewriting, coding, indexing, integration or a combination?
Verification required
How much provider review is needed for clinical and operational accuracy?
One-time or ongoing
Does the centre need a defined project or continuing support?
Priority and timetable
Is the work gradual, time-sensitive or tied to a launch?

A simple process with no pricing surprises

1
Free initial review

We look at your website and identify the most important information and technology gaps.

2
Focused conversation

We learn what your centre wants to improve, what already works and what should be left alone.

3
Written scope and quote

You receive clear deliverables, assumptions, limits, timing and price before work begins.

4
Approve only what makes sense

You can choose one priority, a phased project, optional work or no project at all.

What a written proposal includes

Clear deliverables

  • Exact pages, sections or systems involved
  • What AddictionTube will create, revise or configure
  • What information the provider must supply
  • Number of review and revision rounds

Clear boundaries

  • What is included
  • What is excluded
  • Optional additions
  • How new requests are handled

Timing and approvals

  • Estimated start and completion window
  • Provider review points
  • Dependencies and delays
  • Launch or delivery expectations

Price and payment terms

  • Fixed project price, milestone structure or hourly limit
  • Deposit or staged payments when appropriate
  • Optional work listed separately
  • No surprise expansion without approval

What affects the timeline?

The work often moves quickly when the centre has clear information and one person authorized to review it. Delays usually come from missing details, conflicting descriptions or slow approvals.

Provider information

Accurate program descriptions, admissions rules, staff details, location information and policies reduce research time.

Decision-making

One designated reviewer helps prevent conflicting instructions and repeated revisions.

Technical access

Website access, hosting details, existing code and platform limitations affect implementation time.

Clinical verification

Treatment claims, medication information, detox wording and eligibility details may require provider approval.

Number of locations

Multiple centres, programs and regional differences increase the amount of content and verification required.

Existing website quality

A clean, organized website is easier to improve than one with outdated code, duplicate pages or contradictory information.

What AddictionTube needs from the provider

The provider remains the authority on its own services. AddictionTube can organize, improve and technically implement information, but the centre must confirm clinical, admissions, operational and pricing accuracy.

Information and source material

  • Current program and admissions details
  • Official policies and approved descriptions
  • Locations, contacts and service areas
  • Family, aftercare and support information

Timely review

  • One authorized contact person
  • Reasonable response times
  • Clear corrections
  • Final approval before publication

Consulting, provider participation and sponsorship are different

Consulting

Website and technology work

Paid work performed for the provider, such as research, content organization, page creation, technical planning or implementation.

Participation

Accurate provider information

Reviewing and improving how a centre’s programs, locations and source information appear within AddictionTube’s treatment-information environment.

Sponsorship

Clearly identified support

Financial support for AddictionTube that may include disclosed visibility benefits. Sponsorship does not purchase clinical recommendations or unsupported claims.

Editorial independence: Provider consulting, technical work or sponsorship does not allow a treatment centre to buy a clinical recommendation, alter independent recovery information or publish unsupported claims.

Common questions from treatment-centre owners

Can you give us a price before a call?

We can usually provide a preliminary range after reviewing the website. A final quote requires agreement on what is included and what is not.

Do we need to rebuild our whole website?

No. Many centres need focused improvements rather than a complete rebuild. AddictionTube will not recommend replacing work that is already effective.

Can we start with one smaller project?

Yes. A centre can begin with one important page, a website review, an FAQ project, provider-information correction or another clearly defined assignment.

Will we know the full cost before work starts?

Yes. The proposal states the agreed deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, price, timing and any optional work.

What happens if we request more work later?

Additional work is discussed and approved separately. It is not quietly added to the original scope.

Can you work with our existing web company?

Yes. AddictionTube can provide research, content, structure, technical guidance or code for an existing developer to implement.

Is sponsorship the same as consulting?

No. Sponsorship supports AddictionTube and may include clearly identified visibility benefits. Consulting and website work are scoped separately.

Do you guarantee search rankings or admissions?

No. AddictionTube improves information clarity, structure and technology readiness but does not guarantee rankings, traffic, admissions or clinical outcomes.

Start with your website—not a package

Send us your treatment centre’s website. We will identify the clearest opportunities and explain what could be done, what it would involve and what it would cost. There is no obligation to proceed.
