Core rule

Sponsorship supports AddictionTube’s public education mission. Sponsors do not control editorial content, treatment recommendations, rehab rankings, directory listings, research summaries, recovery guidance, videos, articles, or user-facing advice.

What sponsors may receive

Public recognition

Sponsors may receive a logo, website link, sponsor profile, and thank-you mention on clearly labeled sponsorship pages.

Clear labeling

Sponsored placements must be labeled as sponsorship, support, or advertising when appropriate so visitors understand the relationship.

Mission alignment

Sponsors may be recognized for helping keep AddictionTube free, independent, and available to people seeking addiction information.

What sponsors may not receive

No guaranteed treatment recommendations.
No special ranking in rehab directories because of payment.
No control over article topics, conclusions, research summaries, or recovery guidance.
No hidden advertorial content pretending to be independent information.
No pressure to remove fair, accurate, or safety-related information.
No access to private visitor information beyond normal website analytics and lawful reporting.

Rehab and treatment-center sponsors

AddictionTube may accept sponsorship from treatment centers only if they agree that sponsorship is not a recommendation, referral arrangement, endorsement, or ranking advantage. Any treatment-center sponsor must be clearly identified as a sponsor. AddictionTube may still publish general education, safety questions, directory content, and public information that helps families compare options responsibly.

Plain-language promise: A sponsor can help pay the bills. A sponsor cannot buy AddictionTube’s trust.
